i'm a multidisciplinary artist based in portland, oregon, originally from miami, florida. my work is heavily influenced by my cuban heritage, my love of the natural world, and the people, places, and memories that have shaped me.

i create paintings, illustrations, zines, murals, and other projects that explore family history, cultural identity, healing, nostalgia, and everyday life. plants, animals, household objects, and bits of personal symbolism show up often in my work, whether i'm painting a self-portrait, a familiar landscape, or an object that reminds me of someone i love.

in recent years, my work has become increasingly focused on ancestry, recovery, and the ways we find comfort, meaning, and connection in both the natural world and our relationships with one another. no matter the medium, i'm interested in creating work that feels personal, accessible, and rooted in curiosity, care, and storytelling.
